Good Neighbor Letter
A number of changes and events in 2024 inspired this letter to Upper Las Colonias Neighborhood Association (ULCNA) residents and owners. For instance, new regulations were introduced for short-term rentals by Taos County, there has been an increase in new businesses, construction, and proposed development in the area, and steps were taken by the Taos community to upgrade regulations to preserve dark skies. The letter is one of welcome, safety, and a reminder that we all want to be good neighbors.
